The success of Sportmed Medical Center has been reflected in the development of sports medicine and in the academic field in Mexico and LATAM. It is certified and endorsed by the International Football Federation (FIFA) as a Medical Center of Excellence worldwide, and by the International Federation of Sports Medicine (FIMS). It was created in response to the need to provide healthcare services to athletes and the general public, offering multidisciplinary care with sports doctors, orthopedic specialists, gastroenterologists, internal medicine specialists, psychologists, nutritionists, physiotherapists, orthopedic surgery in Guadalajara and Purto Vallarta and rehabilitation experts, among others.
